Summer is an ideal time for team building, and now we are organizing them for our clients a huge amount. It is impossible to overestimate their importance, these are necessary events for companies that realize the value of team spirit and a healthy atmosphere in a team! We are just such a company, and on June 27 we organized another internal team building for our loved ones. Well rested, rebooted and ready for new challenges!
On June 31, the opening of the Cambridge Residence sales office from Murad Buildings took place, for the organization of which our team was involved. It turned out a beautiful event in the old English style with the use of numerous cult elements from different times of England.

The third team building this summer in our company, the brightest and longest - two full days in the Ugam-Chatkal natural zone, at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level. On June 11 and 12, we organized a two-day field training Leading self for employees of British American Tobacco Uzbekistan. The management of the company invited a foreign coach for this event, and we carried out its organization. The action took place in the picturesque Sky Town Restaurant. On June 8, we organized the opening of the summer season in the Wyndham Tashkent Hotel’s Garden Bar in an all-inclusive format. Synchronous swimming under the drinks Aperol spritz, Music of the band "Cook Choi" and DJ Bella, a foam party, incendiary go-go dancers did not leave a single man indifferent to jumping into the water!
The opening ceremony of the office of the Association of Beekeepers is one of the amazing projects organized by us. In the office of the Association, in addition to the administrative department, located interesting objects. These are the shopping center “Asal olami”, a laboratory for determining the quality of honey products, a specialized veterinary pharmacy for bees, and the Apitherapy Medical Center.
On May 28, in the framework of the official visit of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, a series of events took place, of which we were entrusted with the organization of a business briefing, a round table and a banquet within the reception on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All three events were held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. More than 50 high-ranking officials and major managers of both countries attended the events.
We once again organized and held a prize drawing for Samsung, this time as part of the “All the Best to Home” promotion. 150 people were invited to the rally, which were chosen randomly from 1,000 participants of the action. 100 prizes were awarded - refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, vacuum cleaners and microwaves, and the five most successful participants won a premium set - a set consisting of all five positions.
On May 16th, the annual USENET conference was cool and productive, where we made event partners, and also presented our stand, where we held many interesting activities. One of the brightest elements of our stand was the Iron Throne. Each guest could take a photo on it, determine his belonging to one of the Seven Kingdoms and take part in the competition from the service of gift-impressions vPodarok.uz.
In May, for the first time in Tashkent, the grand opening of the Central Asian motorcycle season took place. Our team presented the general sponsor of this large-scale event - Adrenaline Rush Uzbekistan. We organized Adrenalin Rush sampling in the Next mall. It was a grand motor show that gathered more than 500 motorcyclists from Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. The guests saw dizzying motorcycle stunts, live performances by rock musicians, illusionists.
On May 3, the bright, beautiful Day of the company CENTRAL ASIA DISTRIBUTION was held at Obi Hayot restaurant. Many activities were thought out, which allowed each participant to get the most impressions! The celebration began with a business part with presentations. Then the participants were invited to go outside, and what happened there can be seen in the photo! On May 4, we participated in the Job Fest fair within the framework of the Case-Championship among students of Uzbekistan. At the conference, our CEO Arsen Dlyanchev spoke with a motivating speech for students, and our colleagues presented the company to students at the stand, where they spoke with them and invited some of them to an internship.
On May 4, an event took place in our Unique House, in which we performed in two roles - organizers and participants. We organized an Event-marathon, where cool speakers pumped us and all its participants. It was a powerful upgrade and a lot of inspiration!
On May 2, we implemented another event of heightened responsibility - the Uzbek-Emirates workers forum: “Work and career prospects”. The forum started with a ceremony of pressing a symbolic panel dedicated to the start of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates in the field of labor. The program of the event included presentations of forum participants, the signing of contracts, a question and answer session, the signing ceremony between employment agencies.
On April 27th, it was hot in Anhor Lokomotiv Park - this evening the capital rock band Flyin UP performed a solo concert there! With unrestrained emotions, adrenaline and powerful energy performers charged about 1000 people! Our team provided event-support to the general sponsor of the concert - Adrenaline Rush.
On April 26, we held “Investor Day” for AKB SANOAT QURILISH BANK with the participation of Freedom Finance Investment Company, journalists and bloggers for shareholders and investors. The event was held in the format of an online broadcast, with a question and answer session, and the media interview was completed. We thank AKB SANOAT QURILISH BANK for once again entrusting us with the organization of their event!
On April 25, we organized the SAP Forum Tashkent. SAP customers, partners and experts told how innovative solutions allow winning the competition and how to build a truly Intellectual enterprise with the help of technologies. Within the framework of this forum, an Innovation exhibition and seven sessions on various topics were also held.
On April 23, the IT Women’s Gap Forum was held - an event in support of women entrepreneurs in IT and girls choosing this profession of the future. We were pleased to provide technical equipment for this progressive event!
On April 22, we opened the office in Uzbekistan of the French company Schneider Electric. The first part of the event - the conference, was held in Hyatt Regency Tashkent. Then the participants went to the factory of the partner of Schneider Electric - the company ENERGO SYSTEMA NVA, where the red ribbon cutting ceremony took place.
On April 19, an Uzbek-Korean business forum was held. The event was attended by representatives of more than 150 Korean companies, as well as more than 250 participants from the Uzbek side. The participation of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Republic of Korea Moon Zhe Ina gave particular importance to the event. Participation in the organization of this significant event is a great honor for us. We are grateful for the trust placed in us and are pleased to have the opportunity to be involved in such global and significant events.
On April 14, in the Ankhor-Lokomotiv Park, our team organized a “Family Day” for SANOAT QURILISH BANK employees and their families. The event was attended by about 3,000 people. The program of the event included performances by illusionist Dmitry Polyakov, animators, dance groups. In turn, the children could enjoy a colorful show of soap bubbles, a cryo show, participate in various competitions with prizes, and also ride the attractions for free. At lunch, the guests were treated to delicious pilaf.
We carried out team building for 150 Pepsi employees in the factory itself! The participants of the event were greeted to the solemn sounds of karnay and surny and the real, only safe, radiant battle began - Archer Tag. After the battle, the staff took part in a dance flash mob. And also for our heroes a sumalak for 150 liters was prepared.
From 11 to 13 April, the National Exhibition of Banking Services, Equipment and Technologies BankExpo-2019 was held at Uzexpocenter NEC. The program included Bank Talks, the “Start Up Initiatives” session, round-table discussions, seminars and master classes. We have done comprehensive work both on the organization of the exhibition itself, and on the organization of stands and activities on them for some participating banks.
On April 10, we, together with Be the Change Group, organized a training in the Poytakht business center, marketers, economists, managers, business people delve into the jungle of marketing, and under the leadership of Ilya Balakhnin developed Customer Journey Map.
Our team together with Dolores Travel Services organized team building in Samarkand for a Russian company. For the delegation of 70 people was developed an exciting program with quest elements. Tourists visited Gur-Emir, where a photo session in national attires was prepared for them. Then the guests went to Shahi-Zinda, where guests were waited by a quest with Khoja Nasreddin and riddles, after passing which, they reached the observatory of Ulugbek, where the tea ceremony-quest was held. In the end, the players went to the Bibi Khanum madrasah, where they took part in a master class on painting scarves.
Helmeted girls, bloodied mock-ups, soundproofing testing on drums - we have once again proved that a serious event can be held creatively and tastefully!
In July, SIMMA HOTEL Spa & Water Park thundered with its opening! The Cook Choi band and the symphony orchestra created a wonderful atmosphere, and the creative guys from Reginight showed an exciting show with fire and liquid nitrogen. At the opening, Yulduz Usmanova herself sang.
On Broadway, our team held a ceremony of presenting generous prizes to the winners of the Pepsi-Maniya Pepsi-Uzbekistan campaign. The lucky ones were awarded smartphones Samsung Galaxy S10, LG Smart TVs and the main prize - a Chevrolet Tracker car!
We helped to open the Gavali_Uzbekistan brand store and coffee shop. The guests were greeted by a string quartet, a ceremony of cutting the red ribbon, a tasting of delicious Turkish sweets and exclusive drinks and dishes of the Greens Health Food Cafe took place. The opening was held by the founder and head of our company Arsen Fornchev.
For almost five months, namely from March 1 to July 27, our team has been implementing a large-scale project of the MAKFA trademark - the “Tasty Happiness” campaign. During this time we held four raffles, presented winners with thousands of gifts, including kitchen utensils, crock-pots, microwave ovens, refrigerators and the main prize of the action - the Chevrolet Spark car!
On March 24, the first Tashkent International Half Marathon dedicated to the Navruz holiday was held. The event was organized by the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city administration, the National Olympic Committee, the Athletics Federation and the Youth Union. Our company supported the sponsors of this event - trademarks Adrenalin Rush and Pepsi. Distribution zones of sponsors were established where promoters treated spectators and participants with drinks. Along the perimeter were branded flagpoles Adrenalin Rush with the hashtag #ALL YOU CAN. Our team also organized an interactive photo zone with a podium on which participants of the marathon took memorable photos from the main running event of the country. The event was attended by over 1,500 people from 28 countries. We were also pleased to take part in this event, which had a noble goal - the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the promotion of running among residents and guests of the city, the development of international friendly relations and sports tourism.
On March 14, the regular meeting of the HR Club participants in the Sumalak party format was held within the walls of our hospitable Unique House. This time, the main topics of the meeting were team building, how to work out with the help of the team members a sense of unity and cohesion and how to achieve their goals with a small budget. The event was held by an eventor with extensive experience - Dinislam Nasyrov, Head of the Event-Department of Unique Present Media Holding, and Lev Gavrish, Director of Development at Be the Change Group. The meeting participants asked their questions, discussed them with each other, and were treated to oriental sweets and delicious tea. The event ended with an excursion for guests in our office. The event was initiated by DaVinci Management Consulting and Be the Change Group (www.change.uz).
On March 21, a promotion from the Pepsi brand in honor of the Navruz holiday was held in the Central Ecopark of Tashkent. The organization of this event was carried out by our team. The festive program included performances by presenters and DJs who entertained visitors with various activities. A photo zone with tantamaresques were organized, where guests made original shots. The event, of course, was not without the main tradition of the holiday - on a large cauldron the participants cooked sumalak, made a wish and congratulated each other. Later, the most delicious delicacy was distributed to everyone in branded cups along with their favorite Pepsi drinks.
On March 12, a grand opening of the co-working center, GroundZero Sergeli, took place in Tashkent, in which our team participated! The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The honorary guests of the event were First Deputy Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan Erkin Mukhitdinov, Khokim of Sergeli district Nozim Husanov, as well as successful entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan - Hikmat Abdurakhmanov, Zafar Hashimov and Laziz Adhamov. During the opening ceremony excursion on coworking was held for guests. Also a panel discussion on the topic “How to develop partnership between business and the state” was organized.
On March 13 in the courtyard of our Unique House Sumalak Party was held for our friends and partners. Around a large cauldron in a friendly atmosphere, we made sumalak, talked to each other, treated ourselves with sweets, drank delicious tea and just enjoyed the spring! Our creative team took exclusive interviews with the guests and entertained them with technophane activities! And in the morning we had such a magic-looking and sweetest sumalak!
On March 7, in the office of UzBAT, our team organized an original festive event in the style of Hard Rock Cafe. The company's office was filled with drive and charging atmosphere, which usually reigns in more than 300 restaurants and cafes Hard Rock Cafe around the world. The girls at the entrance were met by bikers on motorcycles Yamaha Raider, Harley Davidson, who drove them around UzBat, made photos with the lady on a thematic photo zone and drove to the office entrance. In the lobby was organized a buffet table with tables for marshmallow grill, sweets and drinks. Under the legendary rock hits performed by Dj Baga, the guests were photographed with real musical instruments, and also made themselves quick tattoos from a tattoo master. Congratulations ended with an evening event where the presenter entertained those present with fun contests and games.
On March 8, in honor of the International Women's Day, the Pepsi trademark’s promotion was held at the Mega Planet, Next and Compass shopping and entertainment centers, which was organized by our team. Funny mimes invited each representative of the beautiful half to an interactive photo zone. Participants of the action were photographed, shared holiday cadres in social networks with the hashtag #Pepsiuz and received a can of pepsi. Also, each girl was given beautiful magnets with compliments. The photo zone created by our team was made with slots in the form of a figure eight, each participant in the action supplemented it with a flower and as a result a flower figure eight was obtained. We were happy to organize this festive event and give our dear ladies a great mood with Pepsi!
This time the solemn event organized by our team was held in the city of Samarkand. The holiday program included various activities in the form of contests, a lot of congratulations and, of course, a solemn cutting of the branded cake! Also, a buffet was organized for the company's employees, where they celebrated this day in a friendly atmosphere.
On February 26, the final festive event of British American Tobacco Uzbekistan was held in Urgut in honor of receiving the Top Employer Uzbekistan 2019 award - “Best Employer of the Year”. Our team took an active part in organizing this event. As part of this event, according to tradition, fun contests, delicious buffet receptions, ceremonial cutting of branded cake were organized. Also, the employees were treated with cupcakes with the Top Employer logo, branded Viva Maria Chocolaterie candies - handmade Belgian chocolate workshop. Our team was glad to organize these festive events for our friends and regular customers! We wish UzBAT further success and prosperity!
On February 23, the first EPAM conference in Uzbekistan was held at Inha University, in the organization of which our team participated. The goal of EPAM INSIDER was to create a platform in Tashkent city for communication of IT professionals, providing opportunities for colleagues to share experiences, and also exchange of real business cases and skills. At the conference, the leading experts of EPAM told what projects they were working on, shared their skills and advice on how to make a career in an international IT company and answered questions during a panel discussion.
On February 15, in the Mirzo-Ulugbek branch of Sanoat Qurilish Bank, a ceremony was held to determine the winner of the promotion “Win a trip with a universal Visa-sum card” organized by our team. The campaign was held jointly with Visa International and tourist.uz agency for holders of international and soum plastic cards Visa and lasted from December 1, 2018 to February 1, 2019. The winner of the competition was determined online using random.org random number generator, and won a 10-day exciting journey for two people in Southeast Asia - Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore!
On February 19, another interesting and tasty business brunch Wake Up, Tashkent was held for our friends, partners and customers. Arsen Dlyanchev and Dinislam Nasyrov told the guests about unusual locations for various events, about a series of events for the upcoming holidays - to Navruz, March 8, about the championships, as effective tools for team building and relaxation that can be carried out right in the office. At the meeting, our project was also presented, in which we invested our warmest feelings - a guide to interesting places in Tashkent. We presented it to the guests along with a new puzzle - “Team building for one” (level 3). This friendly meeting ended with business conversations at a delicious breakfast.
In honor of this event, on February 15, our team organized a solemn event for UzBAT employees. Activities began in the morning in the company's office and continued on a great evening at the Zuma Night Club. The culmination of the dinner was the ceremonial cutting of the branded cake!
Pepsi Wild Cherry "Cherry Promotion" was held in the shopping centers of Tashkent from February 14 to 16. The first day of the promotion was held at Samarkand Darvoza, the second day at shopping and entertainment complex NEXT and the third at MEGA PLANET. Every day from 5 to 9 pm shopping center visitors took part in exciting draws, won prizes from Pepsi Wild Cherry, danced to performances of famous DJs and took original photos on an interactive photo zone. Thousands of Pepsi Wild Cherry cans and a sea of guests smiles made a festive atmosphere in shopping centers.
Our office hosted a regular meeting of the participants of HR - Club in the format of a master class. The main topics of the meeting this time were the theory of Marston and the language of DISC, the event ended with a coffee break. The initiators of the workshop were DaVinci Management Consulting and Be the Change Group (www.change.uz).
The conference was held at the Tashkent Vocational College of Information Technologies. At the event, the issues of providing the market of Uzbekistan with high-quality equipment were discussed, and the corporation’s desire to make the technology available to as many people as possible in all regions was voiced. During the conference, a lunch was organized for partners of the company in the restaurant Assorti. An international conference was held in Tashkent on January 25 on the topic “Programs of the Rum of the Kishlok” and “Rim of the Mahalla”: the first achievements and prospects ”took place. The second stage of the drawing of the New Year campaign “Season of Miracles” from Ucell company took place on January 11. The organization of this event, as last time, was carried out by our team! The names of the lucky ones were determined with the help of a lottery machine. The winners of the raffle received generous gifts from the company - Four Chevrolet Spark cars and cash prizes with total amount of 10 million Sum.
The first event, which took place at the Grand Orzu Hotel, was organized specifically for the TC Retail Department of Samsung mobile phones. The event began with grading in a dough format and ended with a festive dinner with a show program in the restaurant of Clun Castle. Another grading of merchandisers and promoters of the household appliances retail department was held at the Golden Valley hotel. The event also ended with a New Year's Eve dinner with a show program at the restaurant "Old Arbat".
The organization of such a colorful event has once again been entrusted to our team! The program of the evening, as in previous events of the brand, was rich and varied. Incendiary animators met visitors to the store, an aqua-makeup was organized for the children, and funny competitions with prizes were held, where absolutely everyone could take part. In short, the atmosphere at the event was truly festive!
At an event called “Marathon of Leaders,” we decided to first “break the ice” between employees and conducted special “warm-up exercises” – icebreakers This was followed by a conference of the management team, in which we divided them into teams and held intellectual contests throughout the day during breaks.

The organization of this major event, which brought together government delegations from various countries and labor experts of international organizations, was entrusted to our team! During the event, the Director General of the International Labor Organization (ILO) Guy Ryder visited Uzbekistan for the first time. The honored guest of the conference was the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov. The event was also attended by labor ministers of Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, the Deputy Minister of Azerbaijan, the Vice Minister of Kazakhstan, the First Deputy Head of the Migration Service of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Tajikistan, the Deputy Minister of Turkmenistan, and the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. We are happy that our company was honored to participate in the organization of such a large-scale and important event in the life of our country!
The program of this cultural evening was intense. It was decorated with performances of national pop stars, national artists of Uzbekistan, as well as national dance groups. The Book of wishes was created especially for this event, where the participants of the Reception left words of gratitude and wishes. The guest of honor of this event Guy Ryder was the first to leave his parting words. It was an honor for our company to organize such a historic event. It was a rich party in the style of Chicago 30s. This period is associated with luxury, jazz, mafia, weapons and excitement. To create the right atmosphere, it was necessary to take these moments into account, so we thought out all the nuances of the event as much as possible - from invitations to bringing shoes cleaner and Don Vito Corleone to this event. The right mood was created by the Super People team, and the incendiary music by the Sharqoniy and Jazirama groups. The festive evening was decorated with performances by the Reginight Show dance group, and the charming guest of Munisa Rizayev was a special guest of the event. During the month, a popular florist designer shared his ideas on how to decorate an unusual home, restaurant, hotel lobby, or any other institution with holiday compositions. Every Sunday, residents of the capital had the opportunity to learn from Ruben Sahakyan to create different floral compositions and participate in the process itself. All works were performed mainly from natural materials, using decorative elements such as Christmas balls, ornaments, beads, as well as materials that are extreme for floristics such as various metals, including copper, wax, plastic, etc. We were happy to provide technical support for these beautiful events!
The event was held with the support and assistance of the National Bank of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Center for the Coordination and Development of the Securities Market, the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" (UZSE). The organization of this large-scale event was carried out by our team! Presentations on the topic “Stock market opportunities in Uzbekistan and factors of attractiveness of KMZ JSC were held in 8 cities of Uzbekistan: Tashkent, Samarkand, Fergana, Bukhara, Andijan, Karshi, Nukus, Navoi. As part of the road show, Deputy Director General of the Russian office of Freedom Finance, Igor Klyushnev, and the head of asset management, Egor Romanyuk, shared their experience in investing in world stock markets and answered questions from participants in the presentations.
The international event brought together heads of ministries and departments, heads of major companies, leading domestic specialists, representatives of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other international financial institutions and consulting institutions. As part of the presentation, a draft “roadmap of reforms” was presented, which was developed by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance together with the World Bank working group. Practical implementation of the activities included in the roadmap is envisaged to be carried out in close cooperation with international financial institutions and bilateral partners. We are immensely glad that our team was involved in the organization of such a large-scale and important event!
HR-Club, with the participation of Oleg Panin - Russian specialist in gamification in corporate training, was great! Professionals in HR talked about gaming, interactive and engaging technologies in corporate training. The initiators of the event were: DaVinci Management Consulting - a company specializing in management consulting; Be the Change Group - organizers of educational events, both with domestic and international experts; Oleg Panin is the CEO of Center-Game, an online learning company.

We organized conferences for regional dealers and corporate clients of Ucell throughout whole Uzbekistan. This is the first festival of the city format which was held in 5 different parks across the city and visited by approximately 40 000 people overall. In each park, more than 150 people were involved in organizational and entertainment process. We were able to carry out this grandiose event with the support of the city hokimyat.
